I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, making it super convenient to access the nearby casinos and restaurants. However, I encountered several issues during my stay, including a broken toilet seat in my room that maintenance couldn't fix and service struggles with communication. Overall, while the proximity to attractions is a major plus, the hotel could really use improvements in maintenance and service.
